About Cooper Street Bakery
Harvest Valley started operations in 1990 and has been in the current facility located in La Salle, IL since 1992. In September 2024, the Surnow family purchased Harvest Valley; it has been renamed Cooper Street Bakery.
For years, we were a valued customer of Harvest Valley Bakery, relying on their expertise and dedication to quality. This long-standing relationship gave us firsthand insight into what it takes to provide exceptional service and consistency. When the opportunity arose to acquire Harvest Valley, it was a natural fit—allowing us to integrate our shared passion for great-tasting snacks and superior customer service.
